Is VAT included in your prices?

Yes. All prices on our store include VAT, and so do our delivery charges.

How long will my order take?

Every print is framed by hand in our UK workshop and packed with care. Your order is usually with you in 7 working days.

What are your delivery rates?

UK mainland: free on orders over £39, and £3.99 on orders of £39 or less.

Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands: £10.

Jersey, Guernsey, the Isle of Man, the Isle of Wight and the Isles of Scilly: £16.

Republic of Ireland: £10.

Do you deliver to the rest of Europe?

Not at the moment. We do not deliver to the rest of Europe or further afield.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Take photographs of the damaged part, and of the box too if it has been knocked about, and email them to info@breemerryn.co.uk with your order number. We will send you a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, within 5 working days. A replacement comes with new tracking details by email.

Can I send something back if it is not damaged?

Yes, within 30 days of your purchase. Email info@breemerryn.co.uk with your order number so we know to expect it.

How do I return something?

Send it by a tracked service to M+M Framing, 81 Cutlers Road, South Woodham Ferrers, Essex CM3 5WA, then email the tracking number to info@breemerryn.co.uk. Please keep your proof of postage.

Who pays for the return?

You pay the postage to send it back to us, and we refund your original delivery charge.

How long does a refund take?

Once your return reaches us in good condition, we refund the item and your original delivery charge to your original method of payment within 3 days, and let you know by email.
