Every print is framed by hand in the UK and packed with care. Here is how your order reaches you, and what to do if anything is not quite right.

Our prices and delivery charges all include VAT. We do not deliver to the rest of Europe or further afield at the moment.
If something arrives damaged

Take a photograph
Photograph the damage, and the box too if it has been knocked about.

Email us
Send the photographs to info@breemerryn.co.uk with your order number.

We put it right
We send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer, within 5 working days. A replacement comes with new tracking details by email.
If you change your mind
You have 30 days from your purchase to send something back. It needs to be unused, as it arrived, and in its original packaging.

Tell us
Email info@breemerryn.co.uk with your order number so we know to expect it.

Post it back
Send it by a tracked service to M+M Framing, 81 Cutlers Road, South Woodham Ferrers, Essex CM3 5WA, then email us the tracking number. You pay the return postage.

We refund you
Once it reaches us in good condition, we refund the item and your original delivery charge to the card or account you paid with, within 3 days.
