Refund policy

We are happy to refund your purchase if it is not to your satisfaction.

You have 30 days from your purchase to send something back. Once 30 days have gone by, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email info@breemerryn.co.uk with your order number. Send the item by a tracked service and keep your receipt or proof of postage, as we need it to complete your return.

You pay the cost of sending the item back to us. We refund your original delivery charge along with the item.

Once your goods are back with us in good condition, we will issue your refund and let you know by email. The refund goes back to your credit card or original method of payment within 3 days.

If something arrives damaged, please see our shipping policy: we will put it right with a replacement or a full refund.
